Here at Whistle Binkies, we take every step to ensure that we maintain the highest possible standard with regards to beer quality.
On top of all the draft and bottled beers listed below, we also stock 4 ever-changing cask ales. These are chosen by the manager and are regularly rotated to include seasonal specials, limited run ales and local favourites. Every member of staff is trained in pouring the perfect pint of everything that we stock. How to pour a pint differs hugely from one type of beer to another, with each having a particular serving method which must be learnt and perfected. We also take pride in our product knowledge; staff are well-informed in the methods used to produce lagers, ciders, stout and ales and are trained beyond the basic “where is it from?”, “what is the ABV?”.
