THE MOANIN BONES

Onstage: 12AM

One of our favourite local bands. Fronted by the amazing Chris Buckley and backed by his talented band! Join them as they play their original blues and rock ‘n’ roll tracks. Catchy lyrics and loud, powerful sounds which will blow you away.

3 WISE MONKEYS

Onstage: 9.30PM

3 Wise Monkeys is a rocking cover outfit hailing from Auld Reekie (Edinburgh, Scotland). Formed from the idea of being the band we wanted to see when we walked into a pub, uncomplicated and more importantly… FUN!
Punk based, but doing songs from all areas/genres, the ideal band to take it to last orders…

GANKED

Onstage: 7PM

A 3-piece, Angus based outfit like no other who simply play stuff they love from back in the day punk, mod, ska, and new wave. You get the gist!

‘Ganked’ consists of three talented, professional musicians: Gav Hedge (guitar/vocals/dodgy banter), Pete Allan (bass/nifty fingers) and Bar.

DARK WHITE ARRAN

Onstage: 4PM

Dark White Arran are a cover band based on the Isle Of Arran playing rock and bitpop!

MAD FERRET

Onstage: 2PM

The Mad Ferret Band are a Scottish duo, known on the folk scene for their hard hitting blend of traditional and contemporary Folk music. Their lively, energetic performances are packed with “blisteringly fast Mandolin solos”, tight harmonies, driving Cajon beats and earth-moving Guitar sounds. The influence from both Scottish and Irish folk music has helped shape their unique sound.

The Duo features Chris Woods on Mandolin, Guitar and Vocals and Sandy Stirton on Guitar, Cajon and Vocals.

Based in Perth, Scotland they are an extremely hard working band having played an average of 180 gigs a year across the U.K. and Europe. Since forming in 2012 they have been honing their music by playing the pub and small venue scene. They look to be even busier in 2015, with more festival performances and European tours on the way.

“… hi-energy mix of traditional and contemporary Folk” Folk Radio UK.”

“the best in new roots talent!” Bruce Macgregor, BBC Radio Scotland presenter, director of Northern Roots Festival.”

“Mad Ferret are the best band on the circuit” Whistlebinkies, Edinburgh.”
