Influenced by Iron Maiden, Saxon, WASP, Judas Priest, KISS, Thin Lizzy, Dio, Black prepared for a few classic songs to get you on your feet.

Fronted by the powerhouse female voice of Yvonne Morrison who does justice to all the classics, twin guitars supplied by Gav Mould and Michael Bruce and not forgetting the bombastic backbone of beat courtesy of Chris Stones on bass and Craig Robinson on drums.

Van TastikVan Tastik

Onstage: 19.00hrs

Van Tastik started in 2015 whilst considering options for music performance. Coming from a background of rock, punk and heavy metal. However, after a few blues jams with work colleagues in late 2014 Van slowly started gravitating back towards this music in which he'd been bathed as he grew up and which inspired so much of his love and knowledge of music. The aim of Van Tastik is to make music which is both musically interesting and a performance. The Blues, Appalachian Music, Bluegrass, Gospel are all folkstyles and folk music is about physical movement - singing to mark the pace of the task at hand. But Folk is the music of the people and thus it is also about evolving, Folk Music changes to fit in with the times, it is molded by those who play it, those who listen to it, those who live through it and by it and that is what Van Tastik wants to do. Pay tribute to the great masters of Early American Music with his own spin on it, to create something new while referencing its roots, that is, after all, the true purpose of art to blend the old with the new in order to create something relevant for the new generations.
